As the area’s longest-standing plastic surgery office, Plastic Surgical Arts has been providing cosmetic surgery services in Lincoln, Nebraska, and surrounding communities since 1983. Our American Board of Plastic Surgery-certified surgeons take the initiative to specially train for each procedure they perform. For your convenience and safety, we perform procedures in fully accredited facilities — our in-office suite, the Lincoln Surgical Hospital, Nebraska Surgery Center, BryanLGH Medical Center, and Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center.
Mathieu L. Hinze, M.D.
After nearly 20 years and thousands of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, Mat Hinze, M.D. finds no greater pleasure than helping his patients attain their goal of looking and feeling their best.
Dr. Hinze is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, earning his Medical Degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1981. He served his residency in general surgery at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS, and his plastic surgery residency at the University of North Carolina Medical Center in Chapel Hill, where he was Chief Resident from 1986 to 1987.
Beyond his education and training, Dr. Hinze brings a warm approach to every patient interaction. He understands the importance of answering patient questions and concerns while aiming to provide an informative, comfortable environment from the initial consultation, to surgery and through post-operative care.
Dr. Hinze believes in offering current and relevant procedures to his clients, including minimally invasive facial rejuvenation with Botox Cosmetic® and facial fillers. He works with each patient on an individual basis to determine what is the best cosmetic plan to attain each one’s goals. “I’d be honored to sit with you and work out a cosmetic plan that’s best for you, whether you’re interested in new minimally invasive procedures or more traditional cosmetic procedures such as breast enhancement, lift, reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction body contouring,” states Dr. Hinze.
With active staff appointments at Bryan, CHI, Lincoln Surgical Hospital, Nebraska Surgery Center and most recently Doctors Outpatient Surgery Center, Dr. Hinze is active and respected in Lincoln’s surgical community. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Cleft Palate Association, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Nathan Womack Surgical Society.
Todd F. Orchard, M.D.
He received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of North Dakota. He completed both a general surgery residency and plastic surgery residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Orchard is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery – the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties to certify plastic surgeons.
Dr. Orchard is one of the select surgeons in the state of Nebraska certified by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Certification by this society demonstrates the added experience, education and skill of its members. Previously, Dr. Orchard was selected by his peers for a four-year term as Chief of Surgery at Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center, and spent a two-year term as the President of the Nebraska Society of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Orchard has active staff appointments at Bryan, CHI, Lincoln Surgical Hospital, Nebraska Surgery Center and most recently Doctors Outpatient Surgery Center.
He is also very passionate about working to provide reconstruction surgery to women who have been affected by breast cancer.

Tina has been with Plastic Surgical Arts since 2011. She resides in Lincoln, is the Mother of four and enjoys exploring the Lincoln area bike trails in her spare time.
